Service Options

• Standard (OUTSIDE only): exterior glass cleaned with DI/RO pure water.
• INSIDE + OUTSIDE: interior glass cleaned with pro scrapers & microfiber + exterior DI/RO cleaning.

Screens: washing is included in both options. For OUTSIDE-only service, please remove screens in advance.
Tracks: wiped only when INSIDE service is included.
Frames & sills: we do not wash them; light wipe only.

High Windows, Skylights & Attic (Mansard) Glass

• OUTSIDE up to 5th floor: cleaned from the ground with professional water-fed poles — no ladders or lifts.
• INSIDE: we can use ladders and specialty brushes/extensions for tall interior windows and skylights.
• Safety-first: finish-safe methods; no harsh abrasives on glass or seals.
